Glenda Lee Anderson ,

Thank you for sharing about TIME

My name is Glenda Lee Anderson, I attended the TIME symposium highlighted in this pod cast. It was a great event and I highly recommend every mid career Airmen to attend as early as they can in their career. I know I wish I had. Perhaps my story would have been a bit different. With that said however, I am passionate about the foundation that the Air National Guard gave me and I am extremely excited about my vision for the future. Although, I made the decision to retire while attending the TIME Symposium (a story I am happy to share) I am so thankful for my past 23 years of service, the ups and the downs and the recognition that everything serves to further. I hope to return for the next one as a speaker. I’m encouraged to have witnessed a collective body working forwards improvement and innovation. It was inspiring and I leave knowing that those who remain will continue to do the work that I so loved! Thank you!
