Changing Your Latitude: Turning Negativity into Gratitude with Steven Crane Sailing Through Life

    • Mental Health

Steven Crane spent the year 2020 "marinating his brain" as he says, in the spirit of gratitude and appreciation... and lots of writing after his teenage son's challenge to examine why his response to so many situations was negative.
While the world was on lock-down and going through a pandemic, he discovered something life-changing. He found there were hidden blessings all over the place in things he previously viewed as negatives. He learned it's possible to rewire that negativity, and live more mindfully in a spirit of true appreciation.
From questioning faith after losing loved ones to cancer, or his own significant health challenges to the more everyday challenges like careers, parenting, relationships, Steven realized it was time to take a hard look at his life.
You can learn more about Steven on Instagram and Facebook. His book “I Can Appreciate That!” is available on Amazon.
The month of September is Childhood Cancer Awareness month. If you purchase his book "I Can Appreciate That" in September, they will donate 100% of net proceeds from all sales to CURE, In memory of Lake Bozman, and in honor of those still fighting today,
