    Rob and Michelle read two modern westerns this month, told from a different perspective than traditional western stories.  In "Outlawed" by Anna North, Ada has to escape her home town when she's labeled a witch for being unable to conceive a child. She runs to a convent, and then to a gang of outlaws in Wyoming.  In "Upright Women Wanted" by Sarah Gailey, Esther is a stowaway in a Librarian's book wagon to escape her life after her best friend/sweetheart is killed.
