In 2016 she was informed that she was one of the favourite speakers of the Focused Women’s Network. She has delivered coaching, workshops and talks on topics including leadership development, self confidence, career development and starting a business to Barclays Bank business customers, Royal Borough of Greenwich, London Borough of Lambeth, London Borough of Waltham Forest, the National Black Women’s Network, London Borough of Croydon, Work and Family Show, Department of Health, National Women’s Engineering Day Conference, Women in Gaming, Westminster City Council, Greenwich School of Management and Family Mosaic amongst others. She is listed as a coach on the Institute for Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ICAEW) Women in Leadership programme.
On the release of the report, Race in the Workplace: The McGregor-Smith Review, Carol was invited to appear on BBC Radio 5 Live breakfast show, where she shared her views on the lack of progression for BMEs in the workplace.
In this episode hear Carol discuss a real life example wherein she transformed her client's limiting beliefs into enabling and positive thoughts. She will also be discussing some valuable tips for Introvert Leaders!
