Big week for Cork in the news this week and we catch up on our own wellbeing and reiterate that January can be a horrible month online with so many ads, chat of weight loss etc. Instead of our news feeds being saturated with weight loss, shouldn't we be promoting body positivity at any size you are comfortable with?

Her videos are so relatable, and based on everyday simple situations that we all find ourselves in.
