In today's installment, the Nereid nymphs play pinball, Jason and Medea get married, the Argonauts miss reuniting with Herakles by mere hours, Jason gets help from a desert mirage, Poseidon has a very helpful son, Medea fights a giant, Jason does some dream interpretation, and the Argonauts finally get back home.

In this chapter of the Argonautica, Jason and Co. try (and fail) to get home, and along the way commit a murder, the guilt which requires the aid of another witch to cleanse. A brief discussion of the ancient Greek concept of supplication is also given.
