I'm joined by Nikki Cassebohm, a WBFF Bikini Pro, Personal Trainer, Wellbeing Coach and Mind & Body Practitioner - she's the full package!

I've been following Nikki for quite a while now, originally through her fitness and competing, but I've loved watching her journey and her progression into womens wellbeing and neuroscience. 

This was such a fab interview to start this podcast with. Nikki is intelligent, calm, resilient, knowledgeable, and is just as fascinated about biohacking and neuroscience as I am. 

In this episode we talk about the mental dedication required to be a fitness competitor, the 'post comp' effects on the central nervous system that no-one talks about, the power of someone - just one person - believing in you, why you should start journaling - even if you end up writing the same things as Nikki did for the first few months :) - and her fave brain hacks for when she needs to get in full flow mode *take notes!

Nikki has experienced trauma in her life (you can hear more on this in other podcast episodes - just search for her name to listen more...) but through her own extensive learnings, self development, and finding her true passions, she's rebuilt herself and her life, and is now an incredible advocate for womens mental health and a wellbeing entrepreneur.
