What happened to Northpoint?
I discovered Northpoint back in 2014 and I remember that life changing sermon called the comparison trap and the dating series that I have shared so many times. Lately, however, I find the sermons perplexing, confusing and out of focus. Joel, the other pastor is always off tangent. While God has called us to love one another, He was also clear about what is right and wrong, evident when he turned Sodom and Gemorrah into a pile of sand. The church needs to take a stand on important social issues, you need to draw a line. This blurred lines of preaching is the reason why we see drag performers at churches . Sad to see this church has become so progressive, I don’t recognize it anymore.
