Guided Meditation To Navigate Changing Times
Astrology is all about understanding change.
Change in the transits, in your dashas, and, of course, in all areas of your life.
In many episodes, I talk about the importance of the inner work of self awareness, reflection and meditation to best navigate these changes.
In this episode I guide you through a simple meditation to get present to what is happening now and needed in your present moment experience.
Every time you do this meditation will be different, because life is constant and continual change.
This meditation is a way to come back to stillness and re-center amidst all the changes.
This is almost the exact same practice I've come back to for over 10 years whenever I need to re center and get back to clarity.
