A gem for coaches and leaders!

This show along with Elena’s books is PD. It is created thoughtfully and with clear intention. There are so many practical, actionable tips/strategies to take away and use in your own practice.
My favorite episodes are the real recorded coaching conversations Elena has with her clients, as you get to hear masterful coaching in action. This podcast is a gem and I am so thankful to you the Bright morning team!
