About 14 months ago I survived a high impact car crash, I was cut from the car & airlifted to hospital, my injuries included 10 broken ribs, broken shoulder and a punctured lung. My head space was also in a deep dark place. How was I going to recover from this?
I slowly recovered thro’ my rehabilitation & physio programs. I took up medication and in the search for podcast inspiration , I found your podcast ‘The Model Health Show’ - this was a revelation.
Shaun your podcast has made a hugely positive contribution to health and recovery. More importantly you have made me a better person, full of positivity & gratitude 🙏 Although I’m not physically fully recovered, I feel I’m in a better place than before the accident! Crazy as it may sound, the accident and as a consequence finding your podcast, made me a better person.
I travel extensively, and whether I’m here in Dubai, China, Africa or India, I download the model health show podcasts & listen to them while on my flights.

A series sequence of unexplain events let me to discover the Model health show,and first episode i listen to was the "Miracle Morning",and Oooh boy, i needed a miracle in my life at the time, with my country ongoing war and my own self crisis,i was going through a dark path and your show was the ligth at the end of the dk tunnel! through carefuly fallowing your strategy i able to lose more than 10 Kgs in less than 3 months,and not only my physical and fitness capability improve also my mental and emotional well being,and whole that reflected positively in my career,i am rigth now writting those words from Japan as i been given an oppotunity for vocational training on mining and meta,Yes...I did it!
