Awad.Ahmed ,

What an amazing podcast!

I have an interest in running and looked at this podcast and listened to the first couple of episodes and I was in awe of the level of information and details given by the guests on this podcast. The host is great at guiding his guests to put their knowledge in practical terms for the average athlete. I hope he doesn’t run out of such great guests.
