    Your internal dialogue reflects your experience. How you perceive something is how you receive it. Think about someone in great shape who still sees themselves negatively. Their self-talk is misaligned with their reality. Controlling self-talk is crucial.

    Much of our internal dialogue feels unconscious, shaped by our past experiences and reactions. But you can override this. By adding specific "I am" statements like "I am love and I live in love and light," you can align your frequency and perception.

    Acting in alignment with positive thoughts is essential. If you think, "I am love," but react angrily in traffic, you're not reinforcing the positive thought. Consistent positive thinking and acting lead to belief, especially when tested by life's challenges.

    True belief arises when you maintain positive thoughts and actions despite difficulties. Once you believe, your perspective changes, allowing you to receive positivity internally, regardless of external circumstances. This doesn't mean we shouldn't aim to change our external world, but our inner peace shouldn't depend on it.

    Your mindset sets your frequency. Spend a week recording your thoughts, without judgment, to understand your internal dialogue. This exercise helps you identify patterns and align your perception with your desired experience.

    Remember, perception is reception. You can't change others or the external world, only yourself. Align your thoughts and actions with your desired experience. This isn't about being better or holier but about choosing a different way if you want a different experience.

    Many people change their thoughts but not their actions or vice versa. To truly change, align both. If you want to be wealthy, but your actions don't align with that goal, the change won't happen. Consistency in thought and action is key.

    Motivation and inspiration are just the start. Creating new patterns of thinking and acting requires strength and commitment. You're built for this, made in the image of a creator who creates and observes. Adjust your mind, observe your thoughts, and align your actions.

    Choose your "I am" statement and visualize acting in alignment with it. If you struggle with anger, say, "I am love," and see yourself responding calmly in triggering situations. If you want wealth, visualize yourself working hard and making tough decisions to achieve it.

    This life gives you the opportunity to know you're the thing you strive to be, despite challenges. Loss, pain, and resistance are gifts that help you grow. Use them to rise and become the rising tide that lifts all ships.

Growth within helps you trust your intuition and guidance system, leading you in all aspects of life—career, family, personal growth.

    Calming your mind is challenging because it's easier to listen to your thoughts than control them. Your mind filters your experiences, and you can set it to a positive mindset. If you react to life without intention, you operate on default thoughts, which may not serve you. To quiet the noise, you must focus and intentionally input positive thoughts.

    Using "I am" statements like "I am love" or "I am wealthy" helps you align with these positive frequencies. Repeating these affirmations, writing them down, and keeping them accessible trains your mind to focus on these positive states. Negative emotions like anger or envy disrupt this alignment, but positive actions reinforce it.

    For example, if someone cuts you off in traffic, instead of reacting with anger, remind yourself, "I am love and I live in love and light." Find gratitude in the situation, understanding the other person's perspective, and respond with love. This practice aligns your thoughts and actions, creating a harmonious experience.

    As you think and act in alignment, your path forward becomes clearer. Positive thoughts lead to positive actions, creating a cycle of growth and alignment. Misalignment causes discomfort, but with intention, you can shift your mindset and actions toward positivity.

    To practice this, think of an "I am" statement and visualize yourself acting in alignment with it. For instance, if your affirmation is "I am wealthy and I make wealthy decisions," imagine yourself making financial choices that support this belief. This visualization strengthens your intention and action alignment.
