This project presents case-study findings on the process of implementation of the Bologna process at a turning point for the Italian university trying to uncover responses and approaches to standardisation. The results emphasise the significant role of organisational actors; perceptions around the interplay between efficiency and legitimacy issues of universities to deliver a program of change.
