A critical component for any long-term collaboration is supporting the mental health and wellbeing for everyone involved. We discuss this topic with the national nonprofit Mind Share Partners, exploring some of the core challenges that impact mental health in collaborative settings, and what to consider when prioritizing a supportive mental health culture.
