Its not just low in come families who CAS/DFACS go for they're is a shocking amount of middle to high income families who suffer in silence due to the stigma. Plus most middle income families are told they make too much to qualify for judicial aid but do not make enough to pay privately as alot of high income families also may not be able to foot the bill which leaves them fighting against a society with unlimited access to funds, from the very start were already on unequal footing.
