How To Help Your Little People Through ‘Big Feelings’

Wiggle Talk - A Podcast For Parents

Toddlers are amazing, inquisitive and funny. But they’re also full of very BIG feelings. From cutting a banana the wrong way to not playing enough with them, the smallest thing can impact how they’re feeling. So how do you help them learn to regulate that?

Gen Muir, is an experienced Parent Educator, Obstetric Social Worker, and the founder of Connected Parenting. She has a deep passion for helping families navigate the complexities of modern parenting by fostering secure attachments and strong connections. Gen combines her professional expertise with personal experience as a mother of four boys, helping parents with practical strategies to handle raising children's emotional ups and downs. She’s also written a book called ‘Little People, Big Feelings’, and gives us some fantastic tips we can all implement to help our little people through these emotions.
