Consistency caught up to me..I had to take a short break from the podcast but I’m back with a special episode that I believe is right on time. 

I think one of the biggest hurdles that creatives have to jump over along the creative journey is consistency. It’s something that has been simplified and broken down to a science but I still think all social media gurus forget the “human” aspect of the process as well. 

Consistency as we have learned it, is not sustainable. However we can make it work for us.

My creative journey has not been linear. It’s been full of ups and downs and plenty of lessons learned. We don't talk enough about the anxiety that comes with leaping into your passions. There are so many things I had to learn and unlearn along the way.



I’ve come to realize that “creating the life” that I want to live doesn’t always have to be a leap. A small movement towards your passions can be just as powerful as jumping in head first. 



In this episode, we will discuss the mindset shift to developing a creative lifestyle and balancing content creation + a corporate job. I hope that me sharing my freelance journey helps you to feel less alone in yours. I can’t wait to see what you create.

Today’s episode is about feeling stuck in life and grieving different parts of yourself while trying to create. This was a very vulnerable episode to film.



Over the past few weeks I’ve been truly understanding how my grief has manifested into a serious creative rut. It’s forced me to acknowledge the parts of myself that aren’t exactly caught up to my current timeline.



To realize that I’m still operating on thoughts and feelings of the past because I hadn’t addressed them…is such an eye opening experience. However, I’m learning how to release and exist beyond the grief I’m processing.
