    In this episode you will hear from Tegan and Sean. A young couple that adopted their puppy from the SPCA of Western Quebec . Within hours it was violently ill and within a week it would be dead. They adopted a puppy infected with the Parvovirus from an SPCA of Western Quebec and within a week they were thousands of dollars in debt, and their dog was no longer alive. The SPCA of Western Quebec was neglectful in their responsibilities and unsympathetic to the young couple.
