This episode expounds on political figures who presumably represent the "hood" or the "streets" where change is needed most, but lack the necessary insight because they've never actually been in those streets. It also speaks on those who are reppin they're "block" or their "city" but has done nothing for it. Which all ties into the mentality of the system vs the people and how it all leads to mass incarceration.
