An old chestnut appeared in my Twitter feed. As well as appearing on television. If the claim that the UK cannot nationalise it's railways due to legislation from the European Union. Nothing could be further for the truth. We look at all the relevant clauses and examine what this would mean.

This week, Leave.EU were fined to the limit of the Electoral Commission's powers & referred to the Police for an alleged fraud case. Does democracy still hold?
