Stella Venus is a multilingual singer and sings in 3 languages, Japanese, Mandarin, and English, showcasing her versatility and love for different cultures.
Stella began her music career professionally just last year i.e. in year 2022

In May 2022, Stella released the CD of her first album "The New Beginning", in Japan and the CD was extremely well received, and tickets for her first tour sold out immediately as well as her performances in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka were a huge success.

In January 2023, she made a guest appearance at an event in Mexico, followed by her first official overseas live performance at a jazz club in Canada, delivering a moving performance to the international audience. Stella's journey is just beginning, and her path is paved with exciting projects on the horizon, as an international artist, Stella is preparing for Spring of 2023 and the release of her highly anticipated debut single, along with the release of Chinese versions of her songs, and upcoming performances in Europe.

Born in Tokyo, Japan, her upbringing, alongside her father,who himslef is a highly influential bestselling author, she met all kinds of influential thought leaders that instilled in her a global perspective, inspiring her to delve into the depths of her artistry and connect with audiences on a profound level.

Stella is not just a multilingual singer but also a composer and lyricist of her songs.

For this episode of Inspiring Explorers, we have an Inspiring Explorer who is an author, CEO, Forbes official columnist for Japan as well as a passionate traveller, Shinji Tanaka.

Shinji Tanaka also known as Morishi Tanaka is the CEO of Kumabase Co., Ltd./, a content marketing company and the writer of a wonderful book Marketing Zen.

Based in Kumamoto City ,Shinji studied consumer behavior and has worked as a full-time lecturer, and later joined Sankei Shimbun, a Japanese newspaper as a reporter, where he covered articles in various fields, he later retired and took a backpacking trip across Europe, this is when he realized he wanted to do something of his own. After coming back, he founded a content marketing agency, named Kumabase.

Apart from all of this, he also actively engages in seminars, workshops, and lecture activities and is a contributor to "Forbes JAPAN", "Yahoo! NEWS", "NIKKEI XTREND" and so on.

His book "Marketing Zen" incorporates a 'Zen approach' to create a sustainable environment and partnership with a focus on purpose-driven business development rather than just profit.

Shinji's book delves into the concept of the 'Great Reset' and the importance of listening to our inner voice to find our mission, enabling us to let go of everything and work simply, reducing stress and increasing levels of happiness.

Marketing ZEN also highlights the significance of a spirit of mutual coexistence that brings an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) perspective to companies.

Ken Honda often famous as Money Guru, Money Healer and the Zen Billionaire is Japan’s best-selling self-development author, with book sales surpassing almost ９ million+ copies worldwide, and also teaches about Money in Mindvalley.

Some of his most popular titles include “Happy Money: The Japanese Art of Making Peace with Your Money”.

As a young boy, Ken discovered – the hard way – just how much of an impact money can have on our lives.
