NewSong Foundations Episode 12 — Nuts and Bolts: This is our most practical vision-casting session, with Chris and Tiffany sharing hands-on pragmatic answers to such questions as:

Parenting 101 — part 4
Tips, strategies and tools for discipline… that’s the focus of this final session in parenting 101, including topics such as evaluating the difference between childishness and foolishness, how and when to bring discipline, warnings vs threats vs grace, bribes vs goal incentives, and more. This final session is lengthy because it also includes a helpful Q&A session covering topics such as how to deal with friends who are not in agreement, and where Christians should or should not be raising their kids. -Wise in their own eyes
-Bringing both the rod AND reproof
-Never bring discipline is anger or with sarcasm
-Always bring discipline with love

Parenting 101 — part 1
As parents, our goal should be that we want our kids to display the glory of God. But how do we get there? In this first of four sessions on parenting, the foundation is laid with general concepts and big-picture perspectives, so that specific tools and methods can later be added. Prophecy 102
Prophecy 102 builds on the foundation of the introduction to prophecy (101) with a challenge to grow in maturity in this gift. Moving us beyond simple words of encouragement and into greater specificity, the teaching introduces practical tools and concepts to help us more readily hear and convey the Father’s heart of love for those along our path.
