66: Coaching Framework + Why It's Important to Scale

66: Coaching Framework + Why It's Important to Scale

Hey coach: I know you're used to being a jack-of-all-trades, but in our industry you know what that really makes you? A master of none.
So when you're ready to scale, you're stuck with a smattering of results that don't show any real INTENSE transformations in a niche market. That's where framework would really save your ass.
Listen to this episode to learn about the foundational element of your coaching business if you want to truly scale beyond the gym floor grind.
Here're the preview: What you do behind the scenes with your clients allows you to keep tabs on their compliance, how well they meet expectations, and overall where they’re at in your program. It’s important to have a standard procedure for knowing how a client acts + succeeds in your program because then you can have proof of concept and how well your framework works – efficiency and effectiveness.

As always, shoot me a message on IG @demiyeager with your feedback from the episode -- I'd love to hear from you.
