After a couple weeks break for The Outpouring conference the C3 Church Global podcast is back!! This week we continue in our series on Transition. Ps Valerie McIntyre hosts a 3 part series sitting down with some of the key female pastors and voices from around the C3 movement.

In Episode 2 Ps Valerie chats with Ps Cathie Green (C3 Church Ryde) and Ps Amanda Antcliff (C3 SYD). Both are also key members of our C3 Church Global Team helping to oversee pastors and regions around the world. With over 40 years of experience in church and ministry there is some absolute gold here for every leader.

In this enlightening discussion, we explore the profound spiritual journey of navigating life’s transitions with grace and wisdom. The central theme revolves around embracing change as an integral part of God’s plan for our lives. We are reminded of the timeless truth in Ecclesiastes that there are different seasons - both positive and negative - that we all must pass through. The key is to seek out God’s guiding word and promise for each season, allowing it to be an anchor for our souls. Scripture reveals that our ultimate purpose is to continually follow Jesus all the days of our lives, even as our roles and circumstances shift. Through prayer, journaling, time in nature, and intimate conversations with God, we can care for our souls and find refreshment during these pivotal transition periods. Ultimately, the most powerful and important place we can be is in the presence of God, where our voice is truly heard. As we navigate change, let us hold fast to the assurance that the Lord is our shepherd, leading us to green pastures and restoring our souls.

In this weeks podcast we get a look into an exciting Entrepreneurial Training Program C3 Church Global has been developing with our C3 East & West Africa Region. The purpose of the Entrepreneurial Training Program is to set church pastors, church members, and the wider community, free of poverty so they can not only supply for their families but be a blessing to their local communities. Through ongoing mentoring and training individuals are empowered long-term with skills, and correct thinking, in order handle money, create income, and break free of dependancy. “Sustainable local churches create sustainable local communities.” - Ben Giles, General Manager, C3 Church Global.

Since 2016, over 2000 entrepreneurs have been trained, and almost 300 businesses started in local communities. Let’s continue to keep Rock and our training team in prayer as they continue to empower and set whole communities free.

Each month we hear a faith building devotional from one of our C3 Church Global Team and Regional Directors. Our April devotional is from our C3 Americas Regional Director and Senior Pastors of C3 Church Atlanta, Ps Sunny Kane.

Confidence in the call. The most important thing God wants to accomplish is the establishment of His kingdom on earth, and He has called you and I to partner with Him in the fulfilment of that mission. How can we be confident in fulfilling such a significant call? Ps Sunny encourages us that it is not through confidence in our own ability; our confidence is Christ in us. Step out believing God is who He says He is - and He lives in you! Find your confidence in Him!
