Starting of 2020 with Episode 6 of "The Grind", we are joined by Dionne Caldwell, a Licensed Certified Therapist. We had a great conversation on her early start in therapy and her passion for the mental state of our youth. We also discussed the struggles of today's youth in their communities and coping with tragic events of these communities and how her company "Destined for Change Therapeutic Services" is moving forward to help the epidemic in mental health.
