Welcome to the 3rd episode of Get in the Bus with my amazing guest Derek Discanio of State Champs! A few months ago we played a festival together in McAllen, Texas and we were able to hang out in our bus when i got offstage, play some NHL on xbox and have this interview in our back lounge. Derek talks about how he was originally into metal core when he was first getting started and how he found his way into a pop punk band. He talks about how hockey was his life growing up and how he gave it up for music. We talk a lot about hockey...like..ALOT. We have so much in common it's actually scary.
