Liam Strohschein is a multi-talented musician and food scientist. We crossed paths freshman year of high school and have had a rock-solid bond ever since. While our friendship is based on mutual trust and admiration, as John Cusack proclaims in High Fidelity, “What really matters is what you like, not what you are like,” and I have always had mad respect for Liam’s taste.
