the book we are going to start with is from one of my 'self knowledge' teachers - Rupert Spira. He's a well known teacher, speaker & author. He's holding workshops and retreats all over the world, talking about the true nature of our being and that we all are already enlightened beings.
His book "Being Aware of Being Aware" is the essence of a meditation series he was sharing on his events.
