I LOVE SHARKS, so I am here to tell you about the 2 separate occasions I purposely dove with sharks! 2 different species, 2 different trips and so much fun! This podcast includes some information too about what you should know about sharks and why you should protect them! ENJOY

This ep. concludes the intro series where I basically word vomit into my digital journal about my favorite book, surfing, recipes, and a little sneak preview of the body image episode coming soon! More structure to the episodes will be coming, however I just enjoy candid conversations with no plan for these first 2 episodes as it really shows who I am and what is on my mind at the moment!! -- LO

Hi HI! I finished my last final yesterday, and I am ready to start creating podcasts for you all! My name is Lauren I am a 19 year old Nursing Major from California and I am stoked to be bringing this new pod to you! I love listening to podcasts, so it seemed natural to sit down and record one.
