Happy 30-ish years to Dreaming of You by Lisa Kleypas who gave us a pistol wielding author, Sara Rose Fielding, and a spectacles stealing extraordinaire, not for his green eyes, Derek Craven!
Surprisingly, this is the first time we’re reviewing this novel as a duo and we can never get enough!  We love the push and pull between Sara and Derek.  She did the one thing that he wants the most, to make him feel safe, which got her into his tight inner circle where surliness equals love.

We got a kick out of Annabelle wanting to take back her wish.  However, she got her wish and even risked her life for Simon.
Although the new audio version is abridged, it’s worth the listen!  The narrator gives alpha Simon an even more emotional confession of love!

Is Lady of the Night the magic ingredient in It Happened One Autumn by Lisa Kleypas?!
The Wallflowers carried out an experiment to see if Marcus, Lord Westcliff will kiss any lady  To his annoyance, he clearly favored one strong willed Miss Lillian Bowman.
We still find ourselves laughing out loud no matter how many times we reread this novel.  Lillian and Westcliff constantly tried to one up each other in the competition that is a competitor of two.
We love seeing the other side of starchy Westcliff who is all work and intimate no more than once a week.  We even get a taste of rakish Marcus which Lillian teased.  We also get the side that thinks he doesn’t deserve happiness yet, and we eat that sad boy stuff up!
