In this episode Mack tells Liv why some parents simply hate Miralax. Have never heard of Miralax, well take a seat and listen in on what it is and what some side effects of it were for some children! This podcast specifically Mack shares with Liv some different stories of different parents perspectives on what this medication has presented for their children.

In this episode Liv shares with Mack interesting finds after listening to a Ted-Talk all about how anxiety can be relived through our voices. Liv had watched the Ted-Talk episode, and then shares with Mack a brief summary of it. Liv and Mack then have a discussion about it.
