Prior to Cavnue, Kristen held significant HR leadership positions, including VP roles at Fannie Mae and Hilton, where she supported top executives and led talent initiatives for large divisions. Kristen lives in Clifton, Virginia, with her husband and daughters, Paige, Emma, and Alexa.
