We’ll talk about the mental toughness required to overcome injuries, the difficulty of coming to grips with the end of your athletic career, and how young female athletes can avoid injuries. We cover her first torn ACL and how that affected her early soccer career (02:46). Rachel shares the difficulty of recovering from a major surgery as a high schooler (04:32).
