Three years ago disgraced host of The Bachelor franchise, Chris Harrison, was fired for his racist outburst and subsequent insincere apologies. But in those years he has attempted to rewrite that time and his legacy.
And with the impending reality of his new dating show and continued image rehab...Limi and I wanted to work on a timeline deep dive of what happened in 2021 and prior. In hopes that it would not be swept under the rug or misremembered. To hold space for what it was like during these intense moments, reflect on how we got there and here in 2024, and to ask the real question: was he actually fired or treated like a powerful rich white man?
