Joined this week by Nathan Butler. Nathan just recently completed the Cocodona 250 which is a 250 mile Ultra Marathon in Arizona. Over the course of 111 hours Nathan burned 41,000 calories, climbed over 37,000ft and held an average pace of 26 mins per mile with 7:47 being his fastest which also happened to be mile 250.
