Well hello and Merry Christmas from there United States! Sorry I have been gone so long, those last few weeks in England were crazy busy and then once we all got back to the US it's been a period of adjustment. Good adjustment, but plenty of it. ANYWAY, I'm back once again, this time with a new intro and outro for the podcast. I just signed up for the Atlanta Marathon coming in March, so I haver some training to do...
