- Over the past 20 years I developed a system based on expert teaching from leaders in the industry in order to set up SMART goals (Specific Measurable Achievable REALISTIC Target)
- After all this time and many iterations I created this series to increase confidence and encourage a more open dialog about health and wellness.
- The end goal is to make you more aware of your environment and your mind.
