Memory Lane with 80's Super Icon Abby Hagyard!

Memory Lane with 80's Super Icon Abby Hagyard!

I'm a few years late with posting this extremely special episode of "Vanilla Weiss & the Nostalgic Nerds" recorded back in 2021... but trust me, this one was worth the wait. In this episode we've got South Florida music producer Drew Correa and South Florida based comic/filmmaker Hansen Sinclair... as we interview the super iconic Abby Hagyard, whom y'all late Gen Xers and early millennials may remember as the librarian and Valerie the mother, along with all the other adult female roles on what was arguably the most iconic Nickelodeon show of all time, 80s sketch comedy You Can't Do That on Television... the show which originated the green slime! As well as the voices of many memorable cartoon characters from classics like Care Bears and My Little Pony. In this episode we take Abby on a trip down memory lane, as she shares with all of us all of her memorable experiences working with so many talented children on YCDTOTV, as well as all of her other projects. The three of us discuss what it's like to be a part of the showbiz scene, and the kind of impact it's had on all of our lives. Abby is one of the absolute greatest guests I've ever had the pleasure of having on my podcast!
