    Emily Renna is a member of the USA bobsled team. The
    former high school and college track and field star began training for the sport in January of 2020 and quickly earned her way on to the team. Since then she has been the 2023 National Push Champion, a National Champion in the 2-woman bobsleigh, and a World Cup Bronze Medalist.  
    Emily has a masters degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and works in biotechnology when she isn't training or competing.
    In the this episode Emily and Jamie talk about dealing with early success and high expectations, motion sickness in a bobsleigh and balancing a corporate job with elite athletics.

    Alana Carter is a rising star in international sportscar racing. She placed first in the 2022 Formula Woman racing competition. Most recently, she placed fourth in class at Donington Park Circuit in the UK. She is now the the first driver confirmed to the Radical Academy which is focused on creating more opportunities for women, with the hope that this will help inspire future generations of girls and women to get involved with racing.
