After a long hiatus since the onset of the 2020 insanity, I decided to resume my uploads along a fresh look. This episode is an early biography of my life pertaining to my interests in extraordinary topics.

As we’ve just entered a renewed era of heightened global panic and fear, this time amidst COVID-19 aka Coronavirus, I thought I should share my own conclusions from personal negative Narcissistic interactions as examples of how to perceive and extract the positive lessons and gifts from any dire situation.

I’ve noticed several times where questionable personalities reveal who they are by seeming innocent sounding micro phrases such as “I’m not a good person” and/or “I’m a mess.” These are clear red flags that say A LOT and must be heeded where the person you’re communicating with is concerned! Over the course of this podcast I explain why that is.

In this episode I skim over the different ways in which the Narc will go about extracting attention and emotional energy from their victims / Narcissistic Supply. Many of the points made can and will be be expanded upon in future, individually dedicated episodes.

This recording starts off a little slow as I garner steam for getting my thoughts out. Narcs live in a bubble, deluding themselves that fairness doesn’t exist (that is where others are concerned)... The episode’s title sums it up - have a listen!
