    Say it with me, "Be kind, more often, to yourself." Our minds can differ to the worst about ourselves. If we fail, we fail twice because we inflict more pain on our souls along the way. Double ouch (if that's a thing). How can we be mindful and ultimately more kind to ourselves? We have heard it since we were young, "Be kind to others?"     COMPETITION VS COOPERATION

    What do these words mean to you? Give it to me, let's talk.  Let's converse around the concepts and thinking that has gone into the words "Competition" and/or "Cooperation" over time. What comes to mind when you hear these words? Good things? Bad things? Neutral? 

    As our 21st-century bodies and minds traverse through the world around us, it's important that we are discovering our own kind of mindfulness when it comes to competing and cooperating--at home, at work, in our relationships, with our craft.. Or how about our own egos?  

    It's true that we can lose ourselves in each of these concepts so how is it that we stay found, and stay grounded--compete and cooperate when necessary and find the balance within.
