There is a whole science around mental cognition and how we think, learn, remember, reason, and focus attention.  These are pretty critical brain functions and without them, our lives would be much more difficult to navigate.  That’s why the health and wellness industry is booming with products and services to help sustain and enhance our cognitive thinking abilities.  Beside the products and services, there are some schools of thought where various activities and exercises are promoted; from breathing to meditation, to music therapy.  Today I’d like to focus on the foods that we can add to our daily regimen to enhance cognitive ability over time.
