    WM will begin delivering a new 3rd cart for organic waste to residential customers in the City of Tehachapi beginning Monday June 17.
    We talk with Ashley Cortes from WM to explain how the new 3rd cart will work and when they will be collected curbside.
    The 3rd cart for organics is State of California mandated via SB 1383.
