Unique yet unplanned Chemistry set
This podcast is genius in two different ways, and I’m almost sure that one of them wasn’t even planned to be.
So there are two types of chemical bonds right here: mother-daughter and news-talk show. The first one is natural, unbreakable, and enjoyable. The second one is more common, unnatural, and creative.
You may say that many other podcasts also feature a combination of news and talk shows, but this is unique because of its theme and hosts. It just makes it that much better. When you see a mother or grandmother, you rarely think of internet and stuff like that, until you listen to this podcast. You’ll listen to a mix of two generations imparting experiences and points of views that make you think about lots of stuff.
You can find both types of bonds separately in other podcasts, but this is the first one I’ve listened to that features both, or at least in this particular way.
It’s personal, it’s fun, it’s not your everyday [weekly] news report. It’s a “hydrogen bond” of a mother and her daughter (and invitees) who talk about the most random news or posts (dipole-dipole attraction) that are on the internet, whether they are internet-related or not, and it just makes you want to know what is going to happen next because they may beat around the bush.
