Hello, and welcome to Season 2 of Fireside. I’m back a little earlier than expected due to a very interesting January-themed question that I received, and it’s all to do with goal setting - or the lack thereof! In this episode I talk why I personally enjoy goal setting, why you may NOT feel the need to set goals (or not in the New Year sense, anyway) and about getting curious about what you actually need and feel.
