Step 5: Define your non-negotiables and red flags
Step 6: Approach it from a “is this something I can sustain long term?”
Step 8: Go slow and steady
Step 9: Be flexible. Don’t have a hard and fast goal of “I’m gonna lose x amount of weight by x date
