Magic show! Get an exclusive look at how gullible I am, and a look into the deeper side of Kail‪.‬ Kail in the Kar

I react to a magic show on Snapchat before I go grocery shopping, I talk about my green tea flavored Pepsi, and things get deep. Find out why I keep talking about perverts, and how my mom used to scare my sister and I into acting mature in the grocery store as kids (it’s genius). In this episode, I don’t just talk about mental health issues- listeners get a look inside my own, deep, dark, and personal struggles with my anxiety, depression, ADHD and PTSD. This episode was hard for me to record- the second half at least (the first half is the usual Kail in the Kar silly tone) because I was in a dark place while I recorded it. It was a sort of catharsis for me- I immediately felt better after recording. While the end of this episode may seem a bit abrupt- I had to end it because I wasn’t alone any more and I didn’t want to continue my personal story in front of others (ironic since I’m posting this publicly for the world to hear). Anyways, it feels good to open the door to the ‘dark side’- from here on out ‘Mental Health Mondays’ will become more transparent, more real, more f*d up, and hopefully, more helpful to those who struggle with mental illness. Do me a favor and send me your encouragement- like I said this was hard to post and I would love to hear some positive words to encourage me to keep making real podcasts about the hard stuff. And as always, please reach out to me if you would like to guest star on the show- if you struggle with mental health and want to help me #EndtheStigma by doing an interview, coming on to co-host, or telling your own personal mental health struggle story, I would LOVE for you to join me! And anchor is so cool that you can join my show in the comfort of your own home- take THAT social anxiety!!! Oh, yeah, I also talk about the hilarious background music anchor has and the AMAZING names of the music clips! Enjoy. Much Love, peeps. You’re not alone. The struggle is real. TaTa For Now, Kail.
