Chris is an opera singer/countertenor based in Spain and we became close friends and collaborators while at Scope BLN artist residency in Berlin. We are discussing art labor, respect, and community/collaboration while in transit and in relation to our experience at this international residency. Natalia Ivanova in Oakland and Boshko Boskovic is New York occupying intellectual property in a new episode of Duality is Overrated.
Boshko Boskovic is a Reiki Master, trained & certified in the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage and founder of  Let’s Heal NYC, a private practice specializing in Reiki treatments. He is a Reiki practitioner at Minka Brooklyn and gives Reiki & guided meditation classes at various Senior Centers in New York City. He  has worked at Reiki Clinics at the Jewish Community Center in Manhattan and has given in person and virtual Reiki sessions at institutions such as Weinberg Center for Balanced Living, Soho Works, Reimagine Worldwide Virtual Festival, Healthcare for the People and Brooklyn Hospital.
Boskovic is also part of a )) R.I.S.E. ((  which is an acronym for Reiki-Infused Sound Experiences, a Brooklyn-based sound healing collective made up of healing artists: Boshko Boskovic, Gabriel Wade and Rebecca Nison. His background is in contemporary visual art, where he spent 15 years as a curator and administrator implementing programs and exhibitions for cultural institutions, foundations and commercial ventures in New York City and globally.
