As a result of the coronavirus, government lockdowns and work from home measures have severely Impacted many small businesses. Being constantly bombarded with stories about business's trying to stay open is not easy to stomach.

Young people are losing their jobs due to cost-cutting measures and are being forced into unimaginable circumstances. Both sides here are severely conflicted. On one end we have employees hoping their boss won’t fire them and on the other side, we have business owners trying to protect jobs. The Dichotomy of this struggle is tense, It has left us in pensive and some of us have used this time to find new ways.

In tonight’s episode, I have someone who is synonymous with Great food in Madras. A Mechanical engineer who decided to cook and is today a very successful restauranteur in the city. Be it his sinful deserts or his spectacular savory, he’s only left us wanting for more.
